I love this recipe because it’s pretty easy (especially if you use rotisserie chicken and bottled sauce) and the flavors go so well together. But it’s just never really taken off - probably because I had no idea about keyword research when I first did it, and it really needs new photos. But still, it’s a good one!
Here is one of my most underrated recipes - Instant Pot Spaghetti. It is SO. GOOD. It’s easy and the perfect comforting dinner. And historically it’s received very little love.
@Irene - but think of how much potential that is! I’m sure it’s feels overwhelming but you’ve got an immediate path forward that could be really impactful. Just get started!
@thecoppertable - I love curry, so I might have to try yours! I’ll add in some chicken though because my husband is a definite meat eater
@eatlikenooneelse - I have never thought of making a pesto out of asparagus. I love that idea!
@Kristina - while I don’t really eat tofu, I love the idea of your scramble!
It’s a RankIQ keyword with a RankIQ-optimised post that just didn’t hit. They can’t all be winners, right?
But at least I got a new goto weeknight dinner from the process. I adore eggs for dinner, but my husband’s not a fan (so no scrambled eggs on toast for my lazy weeknight meal ). However, he loves this one. It means that if I’ve got tomatoes and eggs in the house, I can have dinner on the table in 5 minutes. Super comforting, super easy and it just gets better every time I make it.
@nonguiltypleasures - that’s a really great post! Super informative and great photos - I’m surprised it didn’t land! My kids don’t like cooked whole tomatoes, but I could definitely see making this for my husband and I. He would probably prefer it with a side of sausage
