Hey everyone! Hoping someone can help me with this. I’ve been trying to make a Webstory, but every time I try to add a photo, it won’t add. I’ve tried resizing the images, I’ve tried this chrome extension I’ve read about, but nothing seems to work. Does anyone have any insight on what I’m doing wrong or how to fix it?

@RebelSpatula Can you record a quick loom video showing us what’s going on? It’s hard to tell you how to fix it when I can’t see. Or screen shots might work, too!
It’s been awhile since I’ve done a web story so unfortunately I’m not much help. But I agree a video, or even screen shots, showing what’s going on would help.
Are you using photos you’ve already uploaded to your media library? Or are you uploading completely new photos directly to web stories? Or is the problem more that you try and add them to the story itself and they’re not adding?
@megan @taryn Hi ladies! Thank you for responding. Finally had time to go through it to take a photo of what it was doing. So kind of embarrassing, but when going through it to take a good pic to show you, I somehow figured out what I was doing wrong LOL! Glad I got it sorted out so I can make one now!
