Hello! Does anyone have a homemade tzatziki dip recipe? I’m writing article on wine pairings for it. I know it’s fairly easy to make but I have just been buying this one. So I’d like to link to a homemade recipe if someone reading my article wants to do that.
I have made it myself homemade but never for the blog before.
I have a homemade tzatziki dip recipe on my blog. I’ve included the post link below if you’d like to use it for your wine pairings post
Perfect, thank @Ria! I will link to it. Would I have your permission to use a photo with credit, of course?
Yes, of course! I can email you a couple of photos as well.
Half a cup of shredded English cucumber
1 cup Greek yogurt
1 Tbsp of garlic (minced)
1 Tbsp. fresh dill (chopped finely)
1 Tbsp. grated onion
2 tsp. Lemon zest
Salt and black pepper to season depending on your taste.
Put the sauce in the refrigerator until ready to use.
I usually like my tzatziki sauce cool so I put it in the fridge for about 30’ before using it.
