Recommendations for Jump to and table of contents plugin

Hi.
Does anyone have recommendations for a good jump to recipe plugin? I use Create right now and I heard that their button is a jump to ad instead of recipe.

Also looking for a good table of contents plugin that can collapse and be somewhat customized (like the contents are in a box).

Currently I use WPRM for my recipe card and use that a jump to. Create does send you to an add with their recipe card, but you can turn that off with other card. For my table of contents, I’m using the feast plugin in.
