The working title is “Japanese Recipes for the Home Cook”–but am brainstorming other ideas. I welcome all suggestions!
Lucy, I think this title says it all and you probably don’t need to over-complicate things. I think it’s clear, people know exactly what kind of food the cookbook focuses on and who it’s for. The only recommendation I’d have is adding something like “approachable” or “easy” (assuming they ARE approachable and easy) in the title.
