My wife and I are both recently retired chefs starting a blog to share our knowledge, stories from the back of the house wild world of commercial kitchens, and hopefully be able to build our brand and monetize on it. Very excited to be starting this next chapter of our culinary career. Our focus and niche will be on seasonal, affordable, and creative recipes, while also focusing on our unique insights into the basic skills and thought processes needed in order to cook well, follow recipes as inspiration, and how the culinary lessons that we learn along the way can be applied to living well in general.
