Halloween, Thanksgiving + other holiday guidelines from the CDC

I just found this resource from the CDC about what they are suggesting as levels of safeness (is that a word?) for Halloween and the upcoming other holidays.

I think this is a great resource for food bloggers to look at and come up with creative ideas for your readers.

Looks like “traditional” trick or treating is not suggested, but giving out goodie bags that are easily picked up individually, like if you set them out on a table, etc, is a suggestion.

Anyway, here’s the link: CDC Holiday Celebrations

Looking through the Thanksgiving guidelines, I realized that so many more people will be shopping online rather than going out to the stores. I mean, this should have been obvious to me, but I hadn’t thought of it.

So, have those gift guides ready!!! We recently did a podcast episode about it, and @megan has really taken a deep-dive into creating some, so she’s a great resource. Here’s the podcast post: Podcast episode 133: Create Gift Guides Your Audience Will Devour
