My grilled corn on the cob recipe has been really popular so far this summer. Maybe because the directions are for corn with no husk? I don’t know, but it’s definitely getting lots of attention!

Lemon Cucumber Pickles are by far my most popular recipe of this season. Lemon Cucumbers only grow in the Summer, so this recipe is a nice way to preserve them for a bit longer. You could also use standard pickling cucumbers if you can’t find the lemon variety. The brine has lots of flavor!
I’ve never seen lemon cucumbers before @thecoppertable! One of my kids is a pickle fan and I bet he would like those.
